The Ruggery Building

This 7,500 square foot one-story commercial building located in Historic Clintonville, has been renovated to preserve the terra-cotta facade while adding a contemporary clear glass storefront system. Both storefronts have been leased to design-conscious businesses. This project utilized the City of Columbus NCR and Facade Grant funds.
46 North High Street
This project consists of 4800 square feet of office space above a retail storefront. The space has been carefully restored, featuring open floor plans, exposed brick and 16 ft. floor to ceiling windows. The second floor suite includes a glass-framed terrace overlooking High Street.
