The Ruggery Building
Located at 22 East Gay Street in the heart of downtown Columbus, the Ruggery
Building is an 8 story brick and steel office tower. Constructed in 1895
as a fire-proof office tower, the Romanesque style building features limestone
base columns, a boldly arcaded brick exterior and a detailed projecting
cornice at the roof line. The building's restoration included new mechanical

This turn of the century four-story, 30,000 square foot brick building has
been renovated into 3 commercial storefronts on the first floor, and office
space and 12 live/work loft-style units on the upper floors. The distinctive
Italianate architecture features limestone and brick facades, a detailed
projecting cornice and heavy timber interior construction. A rooftop terrace

3504-3506 North High Street
This 7,500 square foot one-story commercial building located in Historic
Clintonville, has been renovated to preserve the terra-cotta facade while
adding a contemporary clear glass storefront system. Both storefronts have
been leased to design-conscious businesses. This project utilized the City
of Columbus NCR and Facade Grant funds. |

This project consists of 4800 square feet of office space above a retail
storefront. The space has been carefully restored, featuring open floor
plans, exposed brick and 16 ft. floor to ceiling windows. The second floor
