28-34 West Fifth Avenue
This property consists of two buildings on one parcel in the Short North area of Columbus. The Renovation consisted of converting vacant retail/apartment/warehouse space to loft apartments, enclosed parking and retail. Apartments feature an open floor plan with unique interior finishes and exterior terraces. Construction was completed and the property fully leased in March 2001.
274 South Third Street
Purchased in 1997, 274 South Third Street has been converted to first floor commercial space and large loft apartments on the second and third floors. The building has been fully occupied from the time of completion and has been featured in numerous local publications and walking tours of downtown Columbus.
245-255 W. Fifth Avenue
This 10,000 square foot, two-story brick historic commercial structure is located in Victorian Village. The property was acquired in an uninhabitable state and renovated to contain five apartments and five storerooms. The project also took advantage of Historic Tax Credits as a component of the investment.
1255-1259 N. High Street
10,000 square foot three-story brick historic structure in the Short North. The first floor was developed into commercial space and the upper two floors were converted from twenty residential units to five loft style apartments. This project was partially financed through the use of Columbus' NCR Investment Fund and Facade Grant Program.
1242-1244 N. High Street
10,000 square foot two-story commercial brick structure in the Short North. The first floor was converted from warehouse space to storefronts and open space. The second floor office space was converted into three loft style apartments. The project utilized Columbus' NCR Investment Fund and Facade Grant Program.
35-37 E. Fifth Avenue
5,000 square foot brick two story commercial structure with a single-family residence in the Italian Village area of the Short North. The buildings were renovated to house residential units and a community center. This project utilized the NCR Fund and the Facade Grant Program.
22 E. Fourth Avenue
6,000 square foot three-story brick commercial structure in Italian Village. This property was a nine-unit apartment building that was converted to a commercial storefront on the first floor and four loft style apartments upstairs. A secured courtyard was also developed for use by the tenants. This project used the Facade Grant Program for the storefront.
3494-3500 N. High Street
7,500 square foot two-story brick commercial building in Clintonville with three storefronts and four apartments. This project had new building mechanicals installed and improvements have been made along the way as tenants move.
15-19 East Gay Street
This turn of the century four-story, 30,000 square foot brick building has been renovated into 3 commercial storefronts on the first floor, and office space and 12 live/work loft-style units on the upper floors. The distinctive Italianate architecture features limestone and brick facades, a detailed projecting cornice and heavy timber interior construction. A rooftop terrace has been added to provide outdoor space for all building tenants.
1221 N. High Street
This former Ohio Savings Bank Building at the northwest corner of North High Street and Fifth Avenue, is being returned to it former glory as a mixed-use commercial and residential property. The first floor consists of approximately 4,200 square feet that is occupied by National Retailer, American Apparel. The second and third floors contain 8 one-bedroom apartment units. Parking is provided behind the building.
46 N. High Street
This project consists of 4800 square feet of office space above a retail storefront. The space has been carefully restored. Featuring open floor plans, exposed brick and 16 ft. floor to ceiling windows. The second floor suite includes a glass-framed terrace overlooking High Street. The third floor includes a 30 ft. skylight that provides natural light and greater sense of space. All tenants and guests will have access to a rooftop terrace that provides panoramic views of the downtown Columbus.
Smith and High
Located just north of 5th Avenue on High Street, Smith and High continues the vibrant redevelopment of Columbus' Short North Arts District. The project contains 4 new retail storefronts on High Street, 12 upscale apartments, all with private balconies, and 8000 square feet of commercial office space.
1434-1436 1/2 N High St.
Is a highly visible 6000 sq. ft. mixed use storefront and apartment building that is situated between the Short North and OSU Campus Gateway. This recently renovated building also boast a parking lot behind the building and has metered parking in front.
Columbus Jack
Columbus Jack- Originally the home of the Columbus Jack Corporation, this property located at 982 S. Front Street on the edge of German Village is being renovated into 4500 square feet of design studio space and 6 upscale loft apartments. A rooftop terrace and secure off-street parking will be provided to all tenants.
29 E Fifth Ave
The Olive Tablet Building located in the Short North houses a newly renovated commercial space with off street parking. Features great natural light and unique exposed ceiling beams, and beautiful hardwood floors.
21 E. Fifth Ave
21 E. Fifth Ave was an original Bell Telephone facility that stopped use in the 1960's. Built in the 1920's, the building has 16 foot ceilings, concrete, steel, and masonry construction and the original galvanized steel windows. The property is slated to be redeveloped into residential loft apartments and commercial space.
55 E. Spring St.
Is a three story brick commercial building in Downtown Columbus. 18,050 sq. ft. artist studio space and first floor retail space. 225 N Fourth St.

This project was completed in 2008 and consists of 11 residential and 1 commercial condominiums together with a parking garage all in 2 connected buildings. The original structure features high ceilings, brick walls, hardwood floors and heavy timber beams while the new structure is complementary but modern steel and glass. Most units have an exterior terrace. Designed by Jonathan Barns, this project was awarded two design awards from the American Institute of Architects.

22 East Gay Street
The Ruggery Building, also known as 22 East Gay Street, is an 8-story 30,000 square foot office building in downtown Columbus. Constructed in 1895 as a fire-proof office tower, the Romanesque style building features limestone base columns, a boldly arcaded brick exterior and a detailed projecting cornice at the roof line. The building's restoration included all new mechanical systems, new windows and roof and distinctive architectural features.
1465 Northwest Boulevard
A 3,000 square foot two-story office building that offers high visibility and convenience to downtown. The building has had new mechanical systems installed as well as a new roof.

Grandview Commerce Center
Located at 1036 Ridge Street near the intersection of Dublin Road and Grandview Avenue, this 16,000 square foot flex building has become home to a wide mix of businesses including a bakery, a business consulting firm, and a medical equipment supplier. Built on a former construction yard, this project utilized an ingenious system of staggered, modular pre-engineered building components to provide an appropriate landscaped façade along Ridge Street and functional mixed-use space.
2029 Riverside Dr.
Newly renovated 8,000 square foot Office Building in Upper Arlington. Located on the Rt. 33/ Riverside Drive corridor this building boasts excellent visibility and access. The building has been finished with 10-12 foot ceilings, exposed ductwork, modern space design and materials and mechanical systems sensitive to today's work environment. Office suites range from 300-2,500 square feet with ample parking onsite.
